For sale here is an outstanding and rare vintage collection of 14k gold and sterling silver James Reid accessories including buckle, cufflinks, and button studs. Pieces have a total combined gram weight of around 85 grams. Distinctly and variously hallmarked: 925, 14K, SFe, and Reid’s monogram stamp etc.. Cufflinks hinge for easy on off and snap into the open position by way of an ingenious latch. Buckle takes a 1" strap, so yes, it will work great with your tuxedo.
These were made by master Santa Fe Jeweler James Reid around the 1980s. Reid is among the most important silversmiths working in the United States today. The simple and refined elegance of his work sets him into a class whose greatness will continue to be realized for generations.
